When I really began searching deal a day I really didn't have an idea of what I expected to find. I was just searching around seeing what I could find deals I could find. I was kinda surprised to find out that you can find just about anything on a deal a day.

One of the best finds I made was the first I made was a diet manager. It lets me count my calories, and grams of carbs and fat. It really helps me keep on track with my lower carb, higher fat intake diet. A great find, and I picked it up at over 25% discounted! It really helps if you are the kind of person, (like me) that hates keeping a score sheet when you eat.

I was finding it difficult to keep up with my low carbs, high fat diet plan, because it's hard to remember to keep track all the time. You can't just completly cut out all your carbs after all, it's important to be sure you're getting enough of everything your body needs, while making sure you keep on track

stick to your diet. So this handy little gadget helps me a lot. I just make sure I limit myself to the light fare menu whenever I'm out, and try to keep to places that give you the nutritional information on the menu.

Another great gadget I found was a heart rate monitor at a sizable cost reduction. It really helps with my work out plan. I had tried a few of cheap monitors, but they always broke on me sooner, rather than later. So I kept a hawk's eye out and managed to buy a much better quality monitor, for just over $25, which was a really good deal.

So now I just have to head to the gym and start my working out. Every 10 minutes roughly I check my monitor, to see where I'm at, then either work harder, or lower my pace depending on my plan of attack that day. I tend to a lot of cardio, it is a big help to me to stay with my plan on what I'm doing.
